Symposium 2. U.S.-China Nongovernmental Climate Change Partnerships That Work

Symposium 16. EPA's Clean Power Plan II: Opportunities and Obstacles

Sector-Specific Working Meeting Series

Minnesota Climate Solutions and Economic Opportunities (MN-CSEO) Stakeholder Engagement Process

During January and February of 2015, the Minnesota Environmental Quality Board (EQB) and Environmental Initiatives will hold a series of sector-specific working meetings to help engage stakeholders in the CSEO process. As a key partner in updating policy analysis, Center for Climate Strategies (CCS) will present key findings and provide recommendations in the meetings. The schedule of the meetings is as follows:

8am-12pm, Jan. 28, 2015, Forestry Management & Iron Range Industries

10am-5pm, Jan. 30, 2015, Transportation & Land Use

8am-3pm, Feb. 6, 2015, Agriculture & Rural Land Use and Biofuels/Biochemical

Projects

Coahuila Phase 2 climate Action Plan Development Process

CCS is scheduled to begin work with the state of Coahuila, Mexico, the Border Environment Cooperation Commission (BECC) and the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) / U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) on the Phase 2 Climate Action Plan development process for Coahuila in early 2015. China Low Carbon Development (LCD) Curriculum

CCS  and Global Environmental Institute (GEI) are in progress of developing the Low Carbon Development (LCD) Curriculum around the Chinese Subnational Low Carbon Development (LCD) Planning and Analysis Toolkit.
